1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Repair Guideway ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of our website repair-guideway.com and our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Repair Guideway provides culinary education services, including:

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our admission requirements. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our refund policy as communicated at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment for courses that have not yet started.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• To harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
• To transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To interfere with or disrupt our services
• To impersonate another person or entity
• To collect information about other users without consent

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Repair Guideway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have the right to grant the license described above.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repair Guideway and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. If you terminate your account, we may delete your information and content associated with your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
